Shipping, Postage & Delivery Policy

Once an item has been ordered via the Nowlan Jewellery Co. Site you will receive a verification email confirming your order and tracking information will be provided once your order is on its way.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post and will always be sent via express shipping with signature on delivery. Should you wish to have your item shipped via another courier service or have it insured we ask that you kindly please contact our team to organise an alternative service.

Estimated delivery of any purchase made via our Site with an Australian address should have an estimated delivery time of 1 - 2 business days in metropolitan areas and 3 - 7 business days outside of metropolitan areas.

In the event that your item has not arrived on time based on our estimated time frame Nowlan Jewellery Co. are in no way liable for any losses and do not accept responsibility for any delays in delivery.

It is essential to ensure you have provided the an acceptable address for delivery to ensure your item can be signed for on delivery. If you are not at the address for the time of delivery a notice will be left at your address specifying details for alternate pick-up arrangements.

Once an order has been placed you will not be able to change your address once the order has been processed. In the event that you urgently require assistance in a change of address on an order placed you MUST notify Nowlan Jewellery Co. IMMEDIATELY by emailing at systems@nowlanjewelleryco.com.au. You must understand that it is your responsibility to provide the correct address initially and that a change of address may not be able to be facilitated if the shipment has already been initiated.
