We are excited to offer a specialised service on the last Friday of every month, where clients can book appointments with a certified jewellery valuer and gemmologist. This exclusive service is limited to just 8 bookings per day.

For each appointment, clients are required to drop off their jewellery or gems at least 24 hours in advance. Our jewellers will perform a thorough cleaning and polishing of the items prior to the valuation, ensuring they are in optimal condition for assessment. This cleaning is included in the valuation price.

Please note that clients are not permitted to be present during the valuation process. Once your jewellery or gems have been examined and tested, you will be notified when they are ready for collection, either on the same day or the following Saturday.

Valuation certificates are provided for jewellery, and gem identification reports are available for individual gems. A full valuation certificate includes detailed information and the current market value of the jewellery, while a gem identification report provides the gem's type, measurements, and carat weight, but does not include a monetary value.
